Hello, I'm Kelly. My acquaintance Jean and I are looking for an apartment from May to the short-term rental. We are freshly baked graduates from the University of Stuttgart. We are looking for a short-term accommodation (2 months or longer) as a transition solution to our job search in Stuttgart.

We are looking for a fully furnished 1.5- to 3-room apartment:
- with EKB.
- easy to reach with ÖPVN
- must not be in the city centre
- direct intake possible
- more than 20 square meters


Must not be, but it would be great if we could close the contract monthly, as we do not yet know if we were to stay in Stuttgart.

We both come from Taiwan. We're clean and we're dealing with things. Besides, we both have liability insurance. Our budget totals up to 1200 € warm rental for two people. We learn German, but it's not perfect yet. It would be great if we could regulate things in English to avoid misunderstandings.

Wir suchen eine voll möblierte 1,5- bis 3-Zimmer-Wohnung:

- muss nicht im Stadtzentrum sein

- mehr als 20 quadratmeter


Muss nicht sein, aber es wäre super, wenn wir den Vertrag monatlich abschließen könnten, da wir noch nicht wissen, ob wir in Stuttgart bleiben.

Wir kommen beide aus Taiwan. Wir sind sauber und gehen pfleglich mit den Dingen um. Außerdem haben wir beide eine Haftpflichtversicherung. Unser Budget beträgt insgesamt bis zu 1200 € Warmmiete für zwei Personen. Wir lernen Deutsch, aber es ist noch nicht perfekt. Es wäre toll, wenn wir die Dinge auf Englisch regeln könnten, um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden.
