We are looking for a new apartment for a long-term perspective in Stuttgart, a quiet and harmonious community of two working people and a student in the last stages.

We are:
- Katharina (26J): She works as a barista and provides a pleasant atmosphere with her kindness. An indefinite arbitration agreement exists.

- ⁠Tim (28J): He studies civil engineering and brings a high degree of responsibility and organization. Through his student job in an engineering office and his work as a tutor, his salary is secured.

- Julius(23J): He is a nurse and has a great understanding of teamwork and consideration. An indefinite arbitration agreement exists.

Together we lead a calm WG life, in which respect and harmonious coexistence are raised. We value a well maintained home and are responsible tenants who treat the apartment with care. We are happy to bring a Schufa (request now) trip to personal knowledge.

Wir, eine ruhige und harmonische Wohngemeinschaft aus zwei berufstätigen Personen und einem Student in den letzten Zügen, sind auf der Suche nach einer neuen Wohnung für eine langfristige Perspektive in Stuttgart.

Wir sind:
- Katharina (26J): Sie arbeitet als Barista und sorgt mit ihrer freundlichen Art für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Ein unbefristeter Arbeistvertrag liegt vor.

- ⁠Tim (28J): Er studiert Bauingenieurwesen und bringt ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisation mit. Durch seinen Werkstudenten-Job in einem Ingenieurbüro und seine Arbeit als Nachhilfe-Lehrer ist sein Gehalt gesichert.

- Julius(23J): Er ist Krankenpfleger und hat ein großes Verständnis für Teamarbeit und Rücksichtnahme. Ein unbefristeter Arbeistvertrag liegt vor.

Gemeinsam führen wir ein ruhiges WG-Leben, in dem Respekt und ein harmonisches Miteinander großgeschrieben werden. Wir legen Wert auf ein gepflegtes Zuhause und sind verantwortungsbewusste Mieter, die die Wohnung mit Sorgfalt behandeln.
