Hello everyone,

I rent here my apartment (owners), as I myself take a trip abroad for 1 year.
Therefore, I offer the apartment for rent until including Dec 2025. The apartment is partly furnished (bed, wardrobe, sofa, living room table, TV etc.).
I've cleared out all my personal stuff.

The apartment is very bright, as opposite and back to the balcony are low houses and thus the sun shines wonderfully in the summer!

It is also great for a 2nd WG, as it has 2 separate rooms and a huge kitchen, or Community space for hanging! (see photo ́s)

The apartment is located 5 min from Reumannplatz (2 stations from HBF) in a small side street. There are several supermarkets, a fruit and vegetable street market, apoteke, and countless small shops for everything possible in the immediate vicinity (walking). In addition, there is 5 minutes from here the Reumannplatz and a pedestrian zone (purchasing road) which goes to the HBF.

There you find everything you need and more. (the famous Tichy-EIS, media market, KFC, Decathlon, Libro, Ferhat Döner etc.)

The Muhrengasse is a small quiet side street so no traffic outside the door!

In addition, the nearby recreation area Viennese Mountain with a wonderful bathing lake is close by.
(on foot or by bike 5 min)

In the additional costs 230 € everything is included.

I also mean high-speed internet, electricity, gas, water, garbage, GIS, household insurance.
Thus, no additional costs are incurred for the tenant.
Electricity and gas are charged after consumption.

So in summer, for example, you won't need so much gas!

(Mache for 28.02.2025 an intermediate billing so the tenant starts at zero)!
