Hello lovely people!
I am looking for a temporary subtenant for my cosy 2 rooms apartment. I will be renting the apartment for almost a month, while I will be abroad in the February 2025.
The apartment is in the top floor - you will be waking up with a natural light and the whole flat remains very bright for the entirety of the day, even when it's cloudy outside. The neighbours are very quiet, and so is the street. There is a washing room in the building, with both a washer and a dryer available to you.
The flat is also equipped with everything you might need. I plan to remove many of my personal items, but I will keep outside some utensils of daily use so you can feel right at home!
The apartment is located in the Bezirk Liesing, a brief 6min walk from the Liesing Bahnhof which renders it conveniently connected to the city centre: 6min to Wien Meidling, 10 to Wien Hbf, 15 to Wien Mitte (Landstraße). Should you be a nature lover, if you walk 6min the other direction you will find yourself in a beautiful and serene area by the river Liesing with many benches that lend an opportunity to bathe in the sun! :)
The shopping centre Riverside (3min walk) offers plenty of shopping opportunities: Billa, DM, BIPA, pharmacy, and many other stores. Post office is right at the Bahnhof Liesing, you can always stop by on your way to/from the city centre.
There are quite a few plants in the flat which will need watering once or twice while I am gone. I will be very thankful if they are taken care of! :)
The price of 790€ includes everything: the rent, heating, electricity, internet, insurance, and fees for washing/drying and rubbish. There will be no surcharges.
The deposit of 395€ will be returned to you, given that there won't be any damage to the apartment that occurred during your stay.
Please beware that due to the nature of the listing (a short term sub-rent), I will be unable to provide you with a Meldezettel.
