My name is Emily, I am from Vienna and looking for an apartment to rent now (12.1.2025) until the end of March 2025! (if you want a little longer, we can talk about it)
I am at the beginning 30, trustworthy, reliable, mindful, neat, clean, quiet, smoke and drink not - all in all: a very good renter (so I was told:-) )! I will not organize celebrations in your apartment and be respectful there.
It would be optimal if the apartment were located in 1130 or 1140 Vienna and/or on the line U4. But even if your apartment is somewhere else, I am happy to receive a message from you. per square meter I am ready approx. €20 for everything in total. I would also be happy about a quiet apartment.
