Hey, ich bin schon seit Längerem auf der Suche nach einer süßen Studentenwohnung für mich alleine.
Bevorzugte Bezirke: 1070, 1080, 1040
Wichtig wäre mir, dass die Küche getrennt vom Schlafzimmer ist, also optimal wäre eine Wohnküche und ein kleines Schlafzimmer für Bett und Kleiderschrank.
Ich suche optimalerweise eine Altblauwohnung.
Wenn die Wohnung auch noch einen kleinen Balkon hat, ist meine Traumwohnung perfekt 🤩💫
Auch eine Badewanne wäre nett, ist aber kein Muss.
Bezüglich Küchenausstattung wäre mir ein Backofen und Geschirrspüler wichtig ☺️
Ganz wichtig: die Wohnung sollte sich mindestens im 1. Stock befinden.
