I'm looking for a partially furnished or unfurnished 1 to 2-room apartment with separate kitchen. A gas stove would be nice, but it's not a must. However, I like to cook and therefore need sufficient space in the kitchen. It is important to me that the apartment is well maintained and is well connected to the oil network. I have many room plants, so I would be very happy about a bright apartment. My current WG will unfortunately dissolve this year after four very harmonious years, which is why I want to settle from May / June - at present my earliest entry date would be the 1st May. I'm non-smoking, I have no pets, and I would move in as an individual. Since last year I have been employed as a logopedin in a hospital and have a regular income, if necessary, I can also provide a guarantee.

Ich suche nach einer teilmöblierten oder unmöblierten 1- bis 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit separater Küche. Ein Gasherd wäre schön, ist aber kein Muss. Allerdings koche ich sehr gerne und brauche daher ausreichend Platz in der Küche. Mir ist wichtig, dass die Wohnung gepflegt ist und gut an das Öffi-Netz angebunden ist. Ich habe viele Zimmerpflanzen, daher würde ich mich sehr über eine helle Wohnung freuen. Meine aktuelle WG wird sich heuer nach vier sehr harmonischen Jahren leider auflösen, weshalb ich ab Mai/Juni siedeln möchte - aktuell wäre mein frühestes Einzugsdatum der 1. Mai. Ich bin Nichtraucherin, habe keine Haustiere, und würde als Einzelperson einziehen. Seit letztem Jahr bin ich als Logopädin in einer Klinik angestellt und verfüge über ein regelmäßiges Einkommen, falls notwendig, kann ich auch eine Bürgschaft vorweisen.
