-Die Wohnung ist für eine Person sehr geräumig (ca 28 quadrat Meter) und zudem sehr hell

-Sie verfügt über einen Balkon mit einem sehr schönen Blick sowie alles andere, was man in einer Wohnung braucht (Badezimmer, einbau Küche, Kühlschrank, Heizung, warmes Wasser, Internet, Regal, Gardinen, Schreibtische, Schränke, etc)

-Im Haus steht eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung sowie ein Waschladen direkt gegenüber (30 Sekunden zu Fuß)

-Zudem gibt es die Möglichkeit Fahrräder und Autos im Hof zu parken

-The building has a common washing machine and there's also a laundry room right on the opposite side outside the building (30-second walking distance)

-Additionally, there is the possibility to park bikes and cars on the yard inside the building
