I want the location of the house to be within one kilometer of the RWTH Aachen University, especially near Super C. Within two kilometers is also fine, but I want to be able to walk to a bus stop within ten minutes to commute. Shared and one-bedroom apartments are both fine. For a shared room, the roommate should preferably be a girl. Preferably furnished, at least one bed. The house should have electricity and gas for daily use. The house has heating and windows with a view of the outside. The landlord can help me with a Wohnungsgeberbestätigung to help me anmelden after I move in.
I am a quiet person, I don't party, I don't smoke and I don't have pets. I can communicate in English, but my German is relatively poor and needs translation. I am financed by my parents and also have a Sperrkonto certificate. If there is a necessary document or information that I have missed, please contact me and I will add it as soon as possible.
