The apartment consists of a room with a semi-double bed, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. It is located in the upper floor of a block of flats in the centre of Athens, at the lively neighborhood of Exarcheia. It has an outdoor space with plants and a table, part of the terrace where it is located, and has a great view of Lycabettus, as well as a far view of the Acropolis from the room window.
The apartment is two minutes walking distance from bus stops that can lead you to the central sights of the city and 15' walking distance from the metro stations of Panepistimio and Omonoia, connecting with the airport. Exarcheia, is a lively neighborhood that combines residency with recreation. Very close to the house there are restaurants and beautiful cafes as well as the hills of Strefi (3' on feet) and Lycabettus(20' on feet) that are ideal for an afternoon walk.
Provisional residents will be preferred if they are clean, quiet and discrete. The building is residential with kind neighbors and so respect is asked for sleeping hours. Preferable contact hours are early morning and late afternoon.
