The accommodation has an eastern terrace with beautiful views towards Lycabettus and Acropolis (5 m2) with an outside sitting area, sunshades and lots of green plants in the frontage of the building.

Sunny Studio has: ROOM with linen and towels with a double bed, LIVING ROOM full equipped (TV, wi-fi) / exit to the terrace and a sofa-bed (which sleeps 1 extra person), DINING AREA with a table and 4 chairs, a fully equipped KITCHEN with electric cooker, refrigerator, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, plates and cutlery, an extra dining area for breakfast, TOILET-SHOWER and a beautiful large TERRACE in the frontage of the building with view at Acropolis, Lycabettus and Sea as well as sights of the pedestrian street of the apartment (Fok.Negri).

Kypseli area where the accommodation is located is a typical Athenian area with local life full of all kind markets and shops ((taverns or cafes, stylish cafe-bars, cinemas, theaters, gyms, shops: bakery, supermarkets, greengrocer's shop, banks, post, pharmacies...) and is very near to:
* Athens University Economy & Business - walking distance 14' / by bus 11',
* National Technological University Athens - walking distance 26', / by bus 15'
* UoA -walking distance 37' / by bus 18'
* Museums (National Archeological Museum) - walking distance: 22’ / by bus 15'
