The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a modern building (1995) with 35 apartments and 5 floors, which can be accessible by stairs or by elevator. The apartment is very central at the Schießgrabenstraße. The tram stop "Theodor-Heuss Platz" is just across the street (~3 min walk) and Königsplatz is also very near within walking distance. The apartment is located between the main station (Hauptbahnhof) and the Haunstetterstraße station, ~15 min walk to each of them. It is in my opinion one of the best locations in the city to live in.

The apartment consists of a main room (living room + bedroom + kitchen), an entrance hall and a bathroom. There is also a storage room outside on the same floor, as well as parking space behind the building, space for parking bicycles behind the building and in the basement. In the bathroom there is a connection ready for installing a washing machine. The apartment is almost completely furnished: kitchen, wardrobe, shelf and tables belong to the apartment.
