I´m renting a 25 square metres self-contained studio in the city centre. The studio is part of a 90 square metres flatand very independent. I´m María, a senior English teacher and I live at the other part of the flat, we don´t share anything except for the entrance and the washing machinewhich is placed in my kitchen. As you can see in the pictures, the studio is fully furnished. There is no lift in the building but it´s good for people to keep fit.
We are a 7 minutes walk t different kinds of transport, Metro Liceo,(line3) Metro Paralel (line and 3 ) Metro SanAntoni (line 2) and many buses either in Paralel, Ronda San Antoni and ramblas,
We are between to great markets , La boqueria and Mercado san Antonio, and many services available like theatres, cinemas, gyms, museums, art galleries, .
It´s a 20 minutes walk to the beaches and we are surrounded by a multicultural range of shops, restaurants,and bar terraces.
I´m looking for a student or a professional whoenjoys his or her privacy, likes keeping the place clean and appreciates an easy and friendly relationship.
The rent has to be paid at the beginning of the monthand I´m asking for a month depositwhich I refund at the end of the staying minus 50 Euros that I keep for the cleaning after the tenant leaves.
The tenant has to give a month notice to leave the place otherwise I keep the month deposit.
I also have to give one month notice if I happen to need the place before the end of the contract.
