Untermiete: ruhiges Zimmer mit Küche, Bad, Balkon ab 19.7. - 15.10. evtl. auch etwas länger

Hallo, Ich bin zwischen Ende Mitte Juli bis Mitte Oktober im Ausland und suche eine zuverlässige Zwischenmieterin oder einen Zwischenmieter für ein möbliertes Zimmer in meiner Wohnung, in der Nähe vom Kannenfeldpark. Es handelt sich um mein Wohnzimmer mit einer bequemen Schlafcouch, einem grossen Tisch, Küche und Bad und einem netten Balkon mit Blick in den Garten des Hauses, der auch genutzt werden kann. Meine Pflanzen auf dem Balkon freuen sich über Betreuung. Sicher sind dann auch ein paar Tomaten reif :-) Das Wohnzimmer ist ca. 16m2 gross.
Die Waschmaschine steht im Keller.

Die Wohnung, befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse im EG. Entspannen oder spazieren kann man auch im Kannenfeldpark in 5 minütiger Nähe. Du hast die Wohnung für dich alleine. Die Miete für das Zimmer inkl. Nebenkosten und Wlan beträgt 930 CHF pro Monat. Ruf mich an, wenn du Interesse hast, gerne können wir einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren. Hello, I will be abroad between the end of mid-July and mid-October and am looking for a reliable temporary tenant for a furnished room in my apartment near Allschwiler Platz and Kannenfeldpark. It is my living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a large table, kitchen and bathroom and a nice balcony. You have access via the basement. My plants on the balcony look forward to being looked after. I might have some tomatoes then ready to be picked :-)

The living room is about 16m2. The washing machine is in the basement. The apartment is located on a quiet side street on the ground floor. You can also relax or go for a walk in Kannenfeldpark, a 5-minute walk away. You have the apartment to yourself.

The rent for the room including additional costs and WIFI is CHF 930 per month.
