Tauschwohnung - suche Bayreuth, biete Berlin-Kreuzberg

Hi, da ich Juni/Juli 2024 in Bayreuth arbeite, suche ich dort eine kleine, gepflegte Wohnung, deren Bewohner*in in diesem Zeitraum meine Wohnung in Berlin-Kreuzberg beziehen möchte.

In Bayreuth suche ich eine Wohnung 1-1,5ZKB, min. 25m², max 700€ warm inkl. aller NBK, die im Umkeis von max. 5km um das Festspielhaus liegt. Ich werde viel unterwegs sein und ansonsten ein entspannter, ruhiger Mieter sein.

Meine Wohnung liegt im 1. OG eines sanierten Altbaus, besteht aus 2ZKB mit Dielenboden und liegt am Halleschen Tor (nahe Jüdisches Museum/Berlinische Galerie) im 1. OG. Sie ist 57m² groß, ich bin NR und habe keine Haustiere. Die Parksituation ist für Berliner Verhältnisse ziemlich gut (kein Anwohnerparkschein nötig, relativ viel Fluktuation). Der Gesamtbetrag von 1040€/Monat setzt sich zusammen aus Kaltmiete, Nebenkosten und Gas/Strom/Internet/Rundfunkbeitrag.

Wenn man sich im Vorfeld bei einer Besichtigung in einer der beiden Städte kennenlernt, wäre das ideal, andernfalls ist Video-Konferenz möglich. Bei Fragen und/oder Interesse gern per wg-gesucht melden.

Hi, since I am working in Bayreuth in June/July 2024, I am looking for a small, well-kept flat there, whose occupant would like to move into my flat in Berlin-Kreuzberg during this period.

I am looking for a flat in Bayreuth, 1-1.5 rooms, min. 25m², max. 700€ warm incl. all utilities, within a radius of max. 5km around the Festspielhaus. I will be away from home a lot and otherwise be a relaxed, quiet tenant.

My flat is on the 1st floor of a renovated old building, consists of 2 rooms with floorboards and is located on the 1st floor at Hallesches Tor (near Jüdisches Museum/Berlinische Galerie). It is 57m² in size, I am not smoking and have no pets. The parking situation is pretty good by Berlin standards (no residents' parking permit required). The total amount of 1040€/month is made up of rent, utilities and gas/electricity/internet/broadcasting fee.
