Hey! Du suchst ein temporäres Zuhause in Berlin im Februar/März? Dann melde dich gerne! Ich vermiete meine schöne sanierte 50qm Altbau-Wohnung im Zeitraum vom 31.01. - 08.03.25. - ggf. auch schon ab Mitte Januar. Melde dich einfach und wir schauen, wie es passt bei uns :)

Das Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer hat einen Balkon und ist ca. 20qm groß. Insgesamt ist das Zimmer sowie auch die gesamte Wohnung sehr ruhig. Es gibt ein Sofa mit integrierter Matratze, was sehr beqem und wie ein richtiges Bett ist, also keine Schlafcouch :)

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet.

I am renting out my beautiful, renovated 50m² apartment from January 31st to March 8th, 2025 – possibly even from mid-January. Just send me a message about your plans and we'll see if it works for both of us :)

The bedroom/living room has a balcony and is about 20sqm. Overall, the room as well as the whole apartment is very quiet. There is a sofa with an integrated mattress, which is very comfortable and like a real bed, not a sofa bed :)

The kitchen is fully equipped.
