It is a nice old building apartment, quietly located not far from Boxhagener Platz. The apartment faces the backyard, so it is super quiet.
The apartment has 40 square meters, has old floorboards and high ceilings typical for old buildings. It is located on the 4th floor.

The apartment is about a 10-15 minute walk between the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations Ostkreuz, Warschauer Straße, Frankfurter Tor and Frankfurter Allee. Only 3 minutes walk from Boxhagener Platz. Perfect location in the middle of lively Friedrichshain, with many cafés, restaurants, bars and stores in direct neighborhood.
On Boxhagener Platz is always a weekly market here on Saturdays and the flea market on Sunday, which is a real highlight.
