Die Wohnung wirde frisch renoviert und eingerichtet. Gerade werden die *final touches* gemacht und ab dem 11.11. Würde ich sie gerne vermieten für 7 Wochen ungefähr bis anfang Januar.
Im offering a cozy studio appartment. The appartment has just been renovated and decorated. Right now the final touches are being made and I would rent it starting the 11th if november till beginning of January.
Die Wohnung ist schön hell mit sonnenlicht am Morgen.
The studio is very bright and has light in the morning.

Die Wohnung ist an einer ruhigen straße und fußläufig zum Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen mit prima anbindungen. Ein Lidl und andere geschäfte sind auch fußläufig erreichbar.
The studio is in a quiet street and very close to the station gesundrbunnen with great connection to public transport. There is a lidl and other stores nearby.
Das haus kriegt ein neues Dach weshalb ein Gerüst vor dem Fenster steht und bauarbeiten sind.
Mich persönlich stört es aber nicht sonderlich und ich installiere noch gardinen.
The house is having new roof installed which is why there is scafolding in front of the window and workers passing by. It doesnt bother me perosnally and i will install curtains.
