45sqm 1,5 room apartment in Gesundbrunnen (women or couple only)

I'm subletting my 45 sqm ground floor apartment for 3 months - 800€ - february, march and april.

There's one big room, a kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilet. There's also a corridor that I use as a walk in closet.
Located in Gesundbrunnen, 5 min walk from Sbahn/U/Tram etc

I can offer you a legal sublet contract of 3 months. There's a possibility that I stay away longer, then I can then change it to 6 month and give you anmeldung, but for now I can't promise anything. The dates can be negotiable to an extent - can make a contract from the second week of february if you need - but you must stay 3 months.
So this works for someone who is in Berlin already. Or has a partner that can come see the place and sign the paper.
The big room needs a sofa and a table, I know, so this is good for someone who has a lot of stuff. You can bring whatever you want from ebay or your own things.
The kitchen has a microwave and air fryer but not a dishwasher. Washing machine available. I also have a static bike so you can get in shape while watching movies.
I prefer a single girl but a couple is okay. Cats are very welcome.
