Teilmöbelierte Wohnung für einen Monat / Partially furnished

Ich ziehe um und da ich nicht vor der Frist aus dem Mietvertrag komme, wäre es wunderbar wenn jemand den ungenutzten Wohnraum in der Zeit vom 13.10 - 15.11 mieten möchte. Die Wohnung wird nicht mehrfach vermietet, sondern nur an eine Person, bzw. zwei Personen, zu einem Festpreis von 450 €. Die Kaution von 100 € werde ich einbehalten, wenn in der Wohnung Beschädigungen auftreten oder die Wohnung nicht besenrein übergeben wird. Bitte beachtet, dass die Wohnung größtenteils unmöbeliert übergeben wird. Eine Matratze und ein Lattenrost werden da sein. Ebenso ein Tisch, ein Stuhl, ein Regal, Herd und Spüle und Dusche. Für die Küche werde ich einen Topf dalassen und sonst können wir sehen. Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank werden nicht mehr da sein. Wifi wird noch da sein.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wunderschön, direkt am Viktoriapark nicht weit vom Tempelhofer Feld und es gibt viele Cafés, Restaurants und auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (bspw. Vintage, Plattenläden etc.).
Die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr ruhig und familiär. Parties in der Wohnung sind nicht erlaubt.

I am moving and since its not possible to leave the contract earlier i would be happy to let someone else use the flat from 13.10 - 15.11. The price of 450 € is including everything. I ask for a deposit of 100 € which i will keep in case something gets broken during that time or i find the flat not basically cleaned. Please note that the flat will be rented only partially furnished. This means there will be a mattress and a slatted frame (size 140 *190). I will leave a little table, a shelf, one chair, stove, sink, shower. A pot and about basics to cook we can talk. Washing machine and fridge will not be in the flat. Wifi will be available.

The flat is located in a beautiful area, just next to Viktoriapark and not far from Tempelhofer Feld. In the area you can find a lot of nice cafés, restaurants and shopping options (like vintage and record stores). The neighbours are very nice and calm. Parties are strictly forbidden in the house.
