FÜR SPONTANE! Ich vermiete meine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung in der Oranienstraße für zwei Wochen unter. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man sich wünscht, und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt eine geräumige Küche und ein kleines Bad. Der Untermieter müsste sich um meine Pflänzchen kümmern. :) Die Miete für den gesamten Zeitraum beträgt 300 Euro, außerdem hätte ich gern eine Kaution in Höhe von 100 Euro. Eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.

FOR SPONTANEOUS PEOPLE! I'm subletting my beautiful apartment in Oranienstraße for two weeks. The apartment comes with everything you need and is full of lovely furniture and things. The kitchen is quite big and, of course, there's a bathroom as well. The person living in my flat should take care of my plants while I'm gone. :) Rent for the whole period ist 300 Euros, additionally you'd have to pay a 100 Euro deposit. Unfortunately, registration isn't possible.
Die Wohnung liegt in bester Lage, direkt zwischen Kottbusser Tor und Görlitzer Bahnhof in der Oranienstraße. Da sie sich nicht im Vorderhaus befindet, ist es aber trotzdem schön leise.

The apartment is situated in the best location possible, between Kottbusser Tor and Görlitzer Bahnhof directly on Oranienstraße. Since it's a part of the rear house and not located in the front of the building it is nontheless pretty quiet.
Ich bin auf der Suche nach jemand Vetrauensvollem, der gute auf meine geliebte Wohnung aufpasst, während ich weg bin. :) Ihr solltet einigermaßen sauber und leise sein und Rücksicht auf die Nachbarn nehmen. Bitte schreibt mir ein paar Zeilen zu eurer Person und dann können wir einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren oder per Skype quatschen.
