Es verfügt über einen eigenen kleinen schönen Balkon. Es ist eines der Hochhäuser Berlins und die Aussicht von oben ist sehenswert.
Grundsätzlich suche ich zwei Personen für die Wohnung, aber wenn ich eine Person finde, kann die andere Person bei mir wohnen und die Miete wird zwischen den beiden geteilt und Sie werden die sauberste Person erleben, die Sie je gesehen haben. Für eine Anmeldung wird gesorgt.
Das Gebäude verfügt über einen eigenen Müllraum und rund um das Gebäude gibt es einen kleinen schönen Garten, in dem man den Abend wunderbar genießen kann. Busse verkehren direkt vor der Haustür. Fast alle Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Gebäude ist neu und verfügt über alle verfügbaren Annehmlichkeiten.

The cozy one room apartment is really huge and can be divided with a divider to make two rooms and two people can live with proper privacy. It has its own small beautiful balcony. it is one of the high-rise buildings in Berlin and the view from the top is worth seeing.
Basically, I am looking for two people for the apartment but if incase I find one person then the other person can live with me and the rent will be shared between the two and you will experience the cleanest person you have ever seen. Anmeldung will be provided.
The building has its own trash room and you have a small beautiful garden around the building which is really cool to enjoy the evening. Buses are available near the doorsteps. Almost all grocery shops are available within walking distance. The building is new and has all the amenities available.
