Ich vermiete ab 1. Februar meine Wohnung in Marzahn unter. Sie befindet sich im 7. Stock (Aufzug) eines Neubaus. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, inkl. Besteck, Gläsern, flachen Tellern, Topf, Pfanne usw. In der Einbauküchenzeile befindet sich ein Mikrowellenofen.
Ein großes Fenster (inkl. Außenrollo) Richtung Westen bietet (wenn man auf dem Bett steht) Ausblick auf den Fernsehturm.
Folgende Möbel sind Teil der Wohnung:
- Garderobenschrank
- großer Schreibtisch
- Stuhl
- zwei Wandregale
- Kleiderschrank
- Holzregal
- Bett (1,40m, inkl. Matratze)
In der gesamten Wohnung gibt es eine Fußbodenheizung.
Außerdem würde ich meinen Wäscheständer hier lassen. Im Haus gibt es zwei Wäscheräume mit insgesamt fünf Waschmaschinen und vier Trocknern. Die Buchung erfolgt über eine App.
In der angegebenen Miete sind alle Kosten bereits enthalten.

I am subletting my studio apartment in Berlin-Marzahn from February 1st, 2025. The apartment is on the 7th floor of a new apartment building, elevators included, of course.
It comes fully furnished, also including cutlery, glasses, plates, pots etc.
A microwave-oven combo can also be found in the kitchen.
The apartment has a big window facing west, including outside blinds. You are even able to see the tv tower when standing on the bed:)
The following furniture is included:
- two wardrobes
- big desk
- chair
- two shelves on the wall
- a wooden standing shelf
- 1,40m bed, including mattress
The entire apartment has floor heating. I will also leave my drying rack here. The building has two laundry rooms with five washing machines and four drying machines in total. You can book these through an app.
All rental costs are included in the rental price written above.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Marzahner Chaussee, ca. drei Minuten zu Fuß von der Tram-Station Springpfuhl und ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der S-Bahn Station Springpfuhl (S7 & S75) entfernt. Tram und S-Bahn fahren unter der Woche meist im 10-Minuten Takt.
Man ist in ca. 20 bis 25 Minuten mit der S-Bahn am Alexanderplatz.
Ikea Lichtenberg ist mit der Tram gut zu erreichen (einmal umsteigen); außerdem kommt man mit der Tram von Springpfuhl sehr gut zu den Gärten der Welt.
Im Haus befindet sich ein neuer Lidl; direkt gegenüber ist ein Aldi. Kaufland ist eine S-Bahn Station entfernt (Poelchaustraße). Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind relativ eingeschränkt, man kann aber Glück haben und in den Seitenstraßen Parkplätze finden.

The apartment is located at Marzahner Chaussee, right by Springpfuhl station (both tram and S-Bahn, lines S7 and S75). The station is only a three to five minute walk away and both tram and train leave once every ten minutes during the week. You'll be at Alexanderplatz station in around 20 to 25 minutes. Ikea Lichtenberg is reachable by tram and you can also get to Gärten der Welt easily.
There is a new Lidl store in the building and right across the street, you can find an Aldi store. Kaufland is one station away (Poelchaustr.). There are limited parking lot close to the building but you can usually find a parking space in one of the other streets nearby.

I can potentially sublet the apartment for a shorter time period, if necessary. The amount of rent I am also open to discuss.
