Hallo Leute, ich möchte gerne meine schöne, helle Wohnung in Moabit, Turmstraße/Beusselstraße, vom 08.03 - 30.03.2025 untervermieten, da ich meine Familie besuchen fahre.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus, und ist somit ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung hat eine Einbauküche mit sämtlichem Küchen Equipment, ein saniertes Badezimmer, eine Abstellkammer mit Waschmaschine, TV/Internet, Beamer, SmartBike und ist möbliert.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, direkt an der Spree und lädt somit zum spazieren ein. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (2 Rewe, Penny, Kaufland im Schultheiss Quartier(Mall), zahlreiche Restaurants so wie Spätis sind in unmittelbarer Nähe fußläufig zu erreichen.

An der Turmstraße befindet sich die u9, die Tram und die Bushaltestellen Beusselstraße/ Turmstraße. Die Ringbahn S41/42 befindet sich ebenfalls an der Beusselstraße.

Bitte beachten, die Wohnung ist nur befristet zu vermieten und das Auszugsdatum ist nicht flexibel. Ich suche eine zuverlässige Person (auch für Paare geeignet), da das Einzugsdatum nicht in weiter Ferne liegt.

Die Miete beträgt pro Monat 650€ all Inclusive.

Hello everyone, I would like to sublet my beautiful, bright apartment in Moabit, Turmstraße/Beusselstraße, from March 08 to March 30, 2025 as I will be visiting my Family.

The apartment is located in the rear building, making it quiet. It has a fitted kitchen with all kitchen equipment, a renovated bathroom, a storage room with a washing machine, TV/internet, Beamer, Smart Bike and is furnished.

The apartment is quietly located, right by the Spree River, making it perfect for walks. Numerous shopping options (2 Rewe stores, Penny, Kaufland in the Schultheiss Quartier mall), various restaurants, as well as convenience stores (Spätis), are within walking distance.

On Turmstraße, you will find the U9 subway, the tram, and the bus stops Beusselstraße/Turmstraße. The Ringbahn S41/42 is also at Beusselstraße.

Please note, the apartment is only available for a limited time and the move-out date is not flexible. I am looking for a reliable person (suitable for couples as well), as the move-in date is not far off.

The rent is 650€ all-inclusive.
