I rent out my beautiful, sunny and lovingly furnished 1-room apartment in the heart of Neukölln - very close to Tempelhofer Feld.
The apartment is fully furnished. It has
- a complete kitchen with everything you need
- a bathroom with shower and
- a large room with a 1.40 x 2m bed and couch, workspace and cozy plants.
- and a nice, small balcony.
The apartment is completely south-facing and therefore very bright.
Renting costs around 800 Euro for 4 weeks, renting period is flexible and also a shorter renting is possible.
The apartment is 1 minute from the subway. There are also numerous shopping facilities (Aldi, Biocompany, Turkish supermarket just around the corner) in the neighbourhood; you can find a lot of nice bars and restaurants in the area. And on top: You are on the Tempelhofer Feld in less then 5 Minutes! :)
The apartment looks much nicer in real than on the pictures :)
Last but not least: You can stay as a couple or with friends in the apartment. But please be aware, that it is not a party flat!
