The flat is located near to Boddinstrasse Tube station (U8 line), alongside the Tempelhof disused airport field and the Hasenheide park.

To let to a respectful single person or couple until December 2nd (rental is for this whole period whether you stay all the days or not)

Rent for this period: 900€ (payable before moving in)
Deposit via paypal - 200€ (returned a week after leaving if all is fine at the apartment)

To confirm the rental, the deposit can be sent via PayPal for easeful return after your stay, and the 9 weeks rent via European or uk bank transfer (no paypal)

Zur Bestätigung der Miete sind die Kaution und die erste Monatsmiete per europäischer oder britischer Banküberweisung zu entrichten (kein PayPal)
