I am renting my personal apartment in a Genossenschaft for two months while I work and study. The place is suited for a couple or a single person. There is a small bedroom with a reading lamp and sheets and towels at your disposal. In the large living room there is a desk, a cute couch, and some nice plants that need your care. In the kitchen there is comfortable seating and all the equipment you need. The bathroom has a bathtub. Smoking is permitted on the balcony.
The apartment is south-facing and gets sun through most of the day. It is on the ground floor, but is quite high up.
Ich vermiete meine persönliche Wohnung in einer Genossenschaft für zwei Monate, während ich arbeite und studiere. Die Wohnung ist für ein Paar oder eine Einzelperson geeignet. Es gibt ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit einer Leselampe und Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung. Im großen Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Schreibtisch, eine hübsche Couch und ein paar schöne Pflanzen, die gepflegt werden wollen. In der Küche gibt es bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten und alles, was Sie brauchen. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne. Das Rauchen ist auf dem Balkon erlaubt.
Die Wohnung ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und hat fast den ganzen Tag über Sonne. Sie befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, liegt aber ziemlich hoch.
The apartment is located 50 meters from Tempelhoferfeld, which is a popular area perfect for watching the sunset and rollerblading or jogging.
The nearest ubahn is u8 Leinestraße, and the sBahn Hermastraße is about 20 minutes away on foot. There are many buses on Hermanstraße as well.
There is a Bio Company at the end of my street, as well as a Lidl and a Bolu. On Saturdays there is an open air market on Herrfurthplatz around the corner.
