Meine kleine Wohnung besteht aus einem größeren Wohnraum und einem zweiten kleinen Raum, der gut als Schlafzimmer genutzt werden kann. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Herd und Kühlschrank. Sie befindet sich im Hinterhaus, 1.OG, so gehen die Fenster zum Hof hinaus und es ist dementsprechend ruhig. Das Wohnklima ist sehr angenehm.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt am Landwehrkanal zwischen Ankerklause und Urbanhafen.
Da ich vor Ende meiner Vertragszeit ausziehe suche ich einen Zwischenmieter für 6 Wochen. Meine Möbel werde ich mitnehmen. Falls du keine hast könnte ich evtl. für den Zeitraum einiges stehen lassen.

My little flat has one bigger room and a small one which can be used as a bed room. The kitchen has a stove and a fridge. The flat is in the second house, first floor, with windows to the backyard, so it's pretty quiet.
The location is very good, since it is right next to the Landwehrkanal, between Kottbusser Tor and Hermannplatz.
Because I'm moving out before my contract ends I'm looking for someone who wants to rent it for 6 weeks. I'm going to take all my furniture with me. If you don't have anything I could maybe leave you some for the time you are there.
