I'm subletting my flat from January 21st to February 5th.
My place is 45 m² and has one and a half rooms—perfect for a single person. It features a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a renovated bathroom. The bedroom is a cozy little nook with a bed—it’s very comfortable, decorated with lights, and perfect for a deep, restful sleep.
The flat is located near Tempelhofer Feld, just a 3-minute walk down the street. While both the flat and the street are very quiet, the surrounding area is vibrant, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafés. The nearest subway station is Leinestraße on the U8.
