Hello there! I'm looking for a reliable person to stay in my beautiful and cozy studio apartment in central Neukölln.
It's a Hinterhaus apartment on 4th floor, so it's quiet (which I ask you to please be mindful of) and gets very sunny & bright during the day, which I love
IMPORTANT: I'll definitely return 7 March, BUT I might be in Berlin for a few days in Jan/Feb respectively, so it's also possible to change the dates or split them up if we can align our schedules. Rent is 850/30*number of days
PS: Please also take good care of my plants!!! :)
The apartment is located 5min from U Rathaus Neukölln.
You have plenty of cafes, restaurants, the Neukölln Arkaden/shopping mall, Superfit (and other gyms), Maybach Ufer, Turkish markets etc. nearby.
U7 (and since it's only 5-10min Walk to U Hermannplatz you also have the U8) and plenty of buses.
