Hallöchen zusammen,

mein Name ist Sina und ich gehe für mein nächstes Semester ins Ausland. Daher würde ich gerne ab Mitte August bis zum 31.12.2024 meine Wohnung untervermieten.

Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Antonplatz entfernt. Von hier fährt die M4 innerhalb von 15 zum Alexanderplatz sowie die M12 und M13, die alle Hotspots in Berlin abklappern. Des Weiteren läuft man ca. 20 Minuten zur S Greifswalderstr. oder nutzt die M4 und fährt nur 3 Stationen. Von hier aus fährt die Ringbahn.
Bzgl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Ein Aldi und ein Getränkemarkt befindet sich auf der anderen Straßenseite sowie ein Edeka und ein Bio-Markt am Antonplatz.

Wohnung:
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der ersten Etage im Hinterhaus. Daher bekommt man so gut wie nichts von der Strasse und dessen Lärm mit.

Sie ist 27m2 gross und komplett möbiliert!
Alles was das Herz begehrt werde ich dort lassen.
Dir stehen somit Bett, Schrank, Fernseher, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, vollausgestattete Küche und Bad zur Verfügung.

Die Miete beinhaltet alle Kosten und es sind verständlicherweise keine versteckten Zahlungen vorhanden!
Es beinhaltet Miete, Strom, Heizung, Wlan, etc.

Außerdem ist dies offiziell und mit dem Hauptvermieter abgesprochen!

My name is Sina and I'm going abroad for my next semester. Therefore, I would like to sublet my apartment from mid-August until 31.12.2024.

Location:
The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Antonplatz. From here, the M4 takes you to Alexanderplatz within 15 minutes, as well as the M12 and M13, which cover all the hotspots in Berlin.
