Ich biete meine heimelige Wohnung ab 06.05 für sechs Wochen zur Untermiete. In der Wohnung gibt es Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und du kannst natürlich alle meine Kücheutensilien mitbenutzen. Die Wohnung hat außerdem einen kleinen Balkon, perfekt für Tee oder Kaffee am Morgen. Ich bin selbst vor nicht langer Zeit in die Wohnung eingezogen, deshalb ist die Einrichtung teilweise noch etwa minimalistisch. Die Wohnung ist trotzdem sehr gemütlich und wartet auf ruhige Person, die ein kurzfristiges Zuhause während meiner Abwesenheit sucht.
Ich werde im Laufe der Woche noch bessere bzw aktuelle Bilder und auch ein Bild von der Küche hochladen.

I am offering my cozy apartment for sublet from May 6th for six weeks. The apartment includes a dishwasher, a washing machine, and of course, you are welcome to use all my kitchen utensils. There is also a small balcony—perfect for enjoying tea or coffee in the morning.
I moved in not too long ago, so the furnishings are still somewhat minimalistic. However, the apartment is very comfortable and is waiting for a quiet person looking for a temporary home during my absence.
I will upload some more and some more current pictures during this week, as well as a picture of the kitchen.
Die Lage ist super. Die M10 und M4 sind beide in ca. 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Die S Greifswalder ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man ist in unter 10 Minuten mit dem Rad am Alex und bis Friedrichshain brauchst du ca. 15 Minuten. Die Wohnung liegt am Rande des wunderschönen Bötzowviertels und der Volkspark Friedrichshain und Mauerpark ist auch nicht weit weg.
The location is excellent. The M10 and M4 trams are both about a 2-minute walk away, and the S-Bahn station Greifswalder Straße can be reached in around 10 minutes on foot. You can get to Alexanderplatz in under 10 minutes by bike, and Friedrichshain is about 15 minutes away.
The apartment is located on the edge of the beautiful Bötzowviertel, with Volkspark Friedrichshain and Mauerpark also nearby.
Wie gesagt bin ich selbst erst vor Kurzem eingezogen. Ich hab sehr viel Zeit und Herz in die Renovierung der Wohnung gesteckt und suche deshalb eine zuverlässige, verantwortungsbewusste Person, die sorgsam mit meinen Sachen umgeht. Am besten mietest du die Wohnung natürlich für den gesamten Zeitraum, aber wenn es sich anbietet, können wir auch über eine kürzere Mietdauer reden. Falls du die Wohnung mit einer anderen Person beziehen willst ist das für mich kein Problem. Dein Geschlecht, Alter und deine Herkunft sind mir egal, solange du Verantwortungsvoll bist. Wenn du auf der suche nach einem ruhigen Zuhause in dem genannten Zeitraum suchst, dann schreib mir gerne.
As I mentioned, I only recently moved in myself. I’ve put a lot of time and effort into renovating the apartment, so I’m looking for a reliable and responsible person who will take good care of my belongings.
