verbindungen zur ringbahn
dort beginnt auch die SCHLOSS-STRASSE mit etlichen malls, markt dreimal die woche
per rad schnell im grunewald, an seen
nähe läden, eateries jedweder art, cafes, eisdielen, buchladen, apotheke, kino, theater

bitte absolute nichtraucher, auch keine draussenraucher, egal was
du bist z.b. noch in der probezeit und daher ist erst einmal eine unterkunft auf zeit passend ?
