Ich studiere aktuell in einer anderen Stadt und vermiete daher meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung im Wedding zum 01.02.2025 für jeweils 6 Monate am Stück unter. Eine Anmeldung ist möglich.
Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein, und hat alles was es baucht. Es gibt eine Küche, die separat von Wohnraum ist, ein schönes Bad mit Badewanne, das vor drei Jahren neu gemacht wurde, Holzfußboden und auch ein kleines bisschen Stuck. Die Wohnung ist dankt der Ausrichtung in den Innenhof ruhig und relativ hell.
Die Untervermietung würde offiziell bei meinem Vermieter gemeldet werden, eine Anmeldung ist möglich. Der Untermietvertrag wäre jeweils auf 6 Monate befristet, da der Vermieter immer nur für diese Dauer die Untermiete am Stück genehmigt. Eine erneute Verlängerung um 6 Monate ist aber möglich und auch erwünscht.
Einige Möbel würden mit untervermietet werden. Hierbei handelt es sich um ein Bücherregal, Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank, sowie die weißen Küchenschränke (siehe Fotos).

I am currently studying abroad and am subletting my one-bedroom Apartment in Wedding. It is available from 01.02.2025 onward and for 6 months at a time. Official "Anmeldung" is possible.
The flat is small but has everything you need. There is a kitchen that is separate from the living room, a nice bathroom with a bathtub that was redone 3 years ago, wooden floors and a little bit of stucco. The flat is quit and bright thanks to it facing the courtyard.
The subletting will be officially registered with the landlord and the contract can only be for 6 months at a time - since it can only be approved for 6 months at a time by my landlord.
Along with the Apartment I am renting out the bookshelf, washing machine and fridge, as well as the white kitchen cupboards.
In 5 Minuten ist man an der U-Bahn, die U6 und U8 sind leicht erreichbar. Nach 10 Minuten U-Bahn Fahrt ist man im Stadtzentrum Mitte an der Friedrichstraße.
Die Wohnung liegt zu Fuß 10 Minuten vom Plötzensee entfernt, im Sommer super für einen Besuch im Strandbad. Rund um die Wohnung gibt es sehr nette Cafes, Restaurants, Bars, Spätis und Parks, wie z.B. den Volkspark Rehberge mit seinem Freiluftkino, oder den Schillerpark.
Im Sommer findet wöchentlich ein Markt mit frischen Lebensmittels und Second Hand Möbeln und Klamotten in der Nähe der Wohnung statt. Zum hippen Sprengelkiez läuft man ca. 5 Minuten. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (Edeka, Aldi, Biocompany und Rewe).

You can get to the U-Bahn in 5 minutes, the U6 and U8 are easily accessible. After a 10-minute metro ride, you are in the city centre of Mitte on Friedrichstraße.
The flat is a 10-minute walk from Lake Plötzensee, which is great in the summer for an evening cool-down or a visit to the beach. Around the flat there are very nice cafes, restaurants (also nice vegan/vegetarian options), bars, Spätis and parks, such as the Volkspark Rehberge with its open-air cinema, or the Schillerpark.
In summer, a weekly market with fresh food, second-hand furniture and clothes takes place near the flat. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the hip area Sprengelkiez. The nearest shopping facilities are 5-10 minutes away on foot (Edeka, Aldi, Biocompany and Rewe).
