Ich biete hier meine helle und sonnige Wohnung zur Untermiete für drei Wochen an.
Die Wohnung wird voll möbeliert vermietet. Bei Bedarf kann ich auch Dinge wie Handtücher und Bettwäsche zur Verfügung stellen.
Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und einer sonnigen Lodgia in der sich wunderbar Morgens der Kaffee trinken lässt und ein Schlafzimmer.
Die Küche ist klein aber fein und hat eine Ausstattung, die alles mögliche zum Kochen zulässt.
Das Badezimmer ist mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine ausgestatttet.
In der Wohnung gibt es eine 50 GB Internet Flatrate, die 25€ kostet (läuft über eine SIM-Karte). Wenn du diese gerne hättest, kann ich sie für dich buchen, anderen Falls würde ich sie für den Monat aussetzen.
Ich freue mich über Anfragen von Flinta* Personen oder gerne auch Paaren. Die Wohnung ist nicht WG geeignet.

I am subletting my bright and sunny flat for subletting for one months.
The flat is fully furnished. If required, I can also provide things like towels and bed linen.
There is a living room with a sofa and a sunny lodge where you can enjoy your morning coffee and a bedroom. The equipment in the photos is not up to date, but it still looks very similar.
The kitchen is small but nice and has all the equipment you need for cooking.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and washing machine.
There is a 50 GB internet flat rate, for 25€ which I could book for you. If not needed, I would opt out of it for this period of time.
I am happy to receive enquiries from flinta* or couples. The flat is not suitable for WGs.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, gut angebunden und dennoch ist man schnell im Grünen.20 Meter entfernt von der Wohnung gibt es einen super schönen grünen Park und Weg entlang der Panke (Fluss), der bis nach MItte geht.Nächstes Öffi ist ein Bus (2 Minuten Fußweg), die Tram 50 oder M13 Osloer Straße/Prinzenstraße (6 Minuten Fußweg), die U-Bahn Pankstraße oder Osloer Straße (ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg) oder die S-Bahn Wollankstraße, Bornholmer Straße oder Gesundbrunnen (10-15 Minuten Fußweg).Direkt vor der Haustüre gibt es einen Penny. Spätis sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und Restaurants, Cafes und Bars sind auch direkt in der Nachbarschaft.Man kann von hier aus sehr schön durch einen Park bis zum Mauerpark und in den Prenzlauer Berg laufen.
