Clean, funrished and well located flat in Wilmersdorf

We are renting this cosy, 44m² sized, furnished and clean flat that lies in a quiet and well-centered area of Berlin.

The flat is suited for up to two people.
Dogs and cats are not welcome unfortunately.
Smoking is prohibited in the flat (for sure it is possible on the balcony).

We are looking for up to two people who want to rent the flat from 3 month and longer (up to 12 month is possible with a chance to extend the contract further if agreed on from both parties).

The pictures are from a few years ago and the floor in the living rooms got replaced by a proper one that is blackish and creates a way more classy atmosphere in the room (you can see it on one of the pictures). Some other small changes around the furniture have been made.

The living / sleeping room has big windows that (unfortunately) are hardly seen on the pictures.

One parking place on the site comes along with the apartment.

All fees are included in the monthly rent (also including speedy wifi).
Registration is possible. When you do register, there is one fee though that you will be asked to pay that is the only fee that is not covered by the rent. That is the fee for the “Rundfunkgebühr” and as for today comes for a price of 17€/month.

The apartment lies in a quite area while being connected very well to the public transportation system. You can reach the next station (U9 Berliner Straße) within five minutes by foot.
