I'm looking for a reliable person who takes good care of my lovely apartment in the center of Berlin until june 2024.
The apartment is situated on the 9th floor with a great view over Berlin!
You can reach coffe-shops, restaurants, cinema and supermarkets as well as shopping street kudamm within 10min.
My apartment is furnished with everything you need to feel comfortable (exept washingmashine - it can be taken over from the current tenant).
The size of the apartment is optimal for 1 person - so the rent is calculted for single use.
If two persons would like to move in, the total rent would be 950€ / month.

Für meine Wohnung in super zentraler Lage suche ich einen Zwischenmieter bis Juni 2024.
Die Wohnung ist im 9. Stock und bietet einen fantastischen Blick über Berlin! In der Nähe befinden sich Café´s und Restaurants, Kino und Shoppingmöglichkeiten direkt am Ku´damm.
Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet (ausgenommen Waschmaschine - sie kann gegen Ablöse vom Vormieter übernommen werden).
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Person, dies ist auch meine favorisierte Belegung und so ist auch die Miete kalkuliert.
Sollten zwei Personen einziehen wollen, müsste die Miete auf 950€/Monat angehoben werden.
