It is my beautiful nest in the most beautiful neighbourhood where you have peace and tranquility.

I am a film lecturer and practitioner of dream opening, I put a lot of love and care to my apartment. it is smoke, pets and parties free.

I would like to rent it to someone who also care for the apartment and its belongings. " Like you ! Solo Sub-renter / One person : )
- Rent and utilities cost for one mont is 890 Euro. ( 890 Euro ) All Expenses Included.
Deposit is 500 Euro, to be delivered back on 01.04.2025

I will deliver the keys and sublet agreement when you pass by the apartment with the rent + deposit , deposit will be paid back when receiving the apartment keys back.

The apartment has one spacious room, comes with a double size bed for the most comfortable sleep. there is a used two seat couch and a library shelf. it has a new, and a soft carpet to enjoy with care and clean feet. It has a small cupboard for clothes, I clear some space for you : )

The apartment has a spacious lovely balcony, with two relaxed chairs. Surrounded by the beautiful giant trees in a very quiet street. You have a great view from the 4th floor but it comes without elevator : )

The kitchen is well equipped, you have washing machine, oven, toaster and nice fridge.
The bathroom, has bathtub and off course warm water and central heating.

You are in a special part of the city, as you are just in the edge of Schoenberg and the beginning of Wilmersdorf.

PS: it would be sub-rent so registration is not possible.
