Looking for a secure solo flat

Basic information: my name is Liliya, I'm 24, and I have a stable job with an unlimited contract. I am still waiting to receive my Schufa (solicitar ahora) , but I have my tenant self-disclosure form, ID, and proof of regular and punctual payment of rent.

I have spent my two years in this city bouncing from one unstable WG to another, and I would like to put an end to this stress by renting or subrenting a flat for just myself (my maximum budget is €800, which I know is basically asking for a miracle), with a contract and registration, for my remaining few years in Berlin. My only other requirement is that the place should be within 40min of Warschauer Straße.

About me: I'm pretty introverted but I enjoy being around people and getting to know them. I have some health issues so you'll mostly find me resting at home on my own. In my free time, I like to read, write, watch movies, go for walks in nature, study German, make crafts, and play music (quietly, of course!😁).
