Referendar sucht Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete

Hey Leute :)

Für die Wahlstation im Rahmen meines Referendariats suche ich eine Wohnung in Berlin zur Zwischenmiete vom 01.07.2024 bis zum 30.09.2024. Es käme aber auch ein Einzug Mitte Juli oder spätestens Anfang August in Betracht, da wäre ich ein Stück weit flexibel ;)

Ich bin 29, habe in München studiert und mache mein Referendariat in Augsburg. Daneben mache ich viel Sport und reise gerne. Ansonsten würde ich mich als zuverlässige und eher ruhige Person bezeichnen :)

An Dokumenten kann ich vorlegen:
1) Haftpflichtversicherung, die auch Schäden an gemieteten Gegenständen abdeckt
2) Schufa (solicitar ahora)
3) Gehaltsnachweise (sowohl Land, als auch Stationsvergütung - ca. 2.500 EUR/monatlich)
4) Aktueller Kontoauszug
5) Selbstauskunft

For the elective station of my legal clerkship, I am looking for a sublet apartment in Berlin from July 1, 2024, to September 30, 2024. Moving in mid-July or at the latest, early August would also be an option; I am somewhat flexible in that regard ;)

I am 29 years old, studied in Munich, and am currently doing my legal clerkship in Augsburg. Besides that, I do a lot of sports and enjoy traveling. Otherwise, I would describe myself as a reliable and rather quiet person :)

I can provide the following documents:

1) Liability insurance that covers damages to rented items
2) Credit report (Schufa (solicitar ahora) )
3) Proof of income (both state and station remuneration - approximately 2,500 EUR/month)
4) Current bank statement
5) Self-disclosure
