Liebe BerlinerInnen,
Ich bin ein 32-jähriger Architekt aus Innsbruck/Österreich und lebe seit Januar in Berlin. Weil es mir hier so gut gefällt, wird aus meinem geplanten halbjährliche Ausflug in die Großstadt ein Leben in der Großstadt. Ich suche daher eine kleine Wohnung in Berlin. Aus meiner aktuellen Wohnung muss ich Ende Februar raus, daher suche ich was ab 1.3.2025. Ich bin aber auch noch flexibel, falls ich noch ein paar Wochen überbrücken müsste.

Ich rauche nicht, interessiere mich sehr für Kultur, Konzerte, etc. und bin sehr ordentlich in Umgang wohnen bzw. ist mir Sauberkeit sehr wichtig.

Ich würde mich sehr über eine Einladung zum Kennenlernen freuen.
