I‘ll leave Berlin for a few days and will rent away my beautiful 1 room apartment directly at Richardplatz Neukölln for the days I‘m gone. 2 people can fit very comfortably (double bed). 3 people work with a daybed couch. The days might also be flexible - let‘s just see what works for both of us best!

Ich verlasse Berlin für ein paar und vermiete meine schöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung direkt am Richardplatz Neukölln für die Tage, an denen ich weg bin. 2 Personen passen sehr bequem rein (Doppelbett). 3 Personen passen mit Hilfe eines Daybed-Sofas. Die Tage können auch flexibel sein - lass uns darüber sprechen, was für beide Seiten am besten passt!
Neukölln is THE trendiest area in Berlin. This said, Richardplatz and Richardkiez - the area the apartment is situated in - are calm copper stone streets, bakeries, small shops and breakfast cafés. The apartment is in the back yard an always calm and quiet. Even in summer the building stays cool.
The apartment is perfect for couples or groups of friends up to three people. The kitchen isn't big but cozy and can host dinners, some reading, co-working for two people in calls at the same time (desk in the living room, kitchen table in the kitchen). LGBTQ+ friendly.
