Cozy studio with balcony and bike in Neubau

Ich verlasse Berlin für einen Monat, so vermiete ich meine Wohnung für diesen Zeitraum. Ich bin die erste Person, die diese Wohnung zu mieten und ich lebte hier vor einem halben Jahr, so ist es super neu!
Dieses Studio liegt 9 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad von der S-Bahn Prezlauer Berg entfernt :) Ich werde ein Fahrrad zur Verfügung stellen. Das Haus ist neu, so dass Sie einen Aufzug und warme Böden genießen können. Die Wohnung ist auf der Sonnenseite, so dass es auch im November voll von Licht sein wird. Für den Fall, dass Sie mehr schlafen wollen, habe ich Verdunkelungsvorhänge.
Die Schränke sind leer, so dass Sie genug Platz für all Ihre Kleidung haben werden.
Die Wohnung hat eine Waschmaschine, einen Geschirrspüler, einen Backofen, alle Arten von Geschirr.
Sie können Berliner Nächte mit einem Projektor und einem Plattenspieler genießen.
Da ich diese Wohnung für 1 Monat vermiete, kann ich leider keine Anmeldung anbieten.


I am leaving Berlin for a month, so, I am renting my apartment out for this period. I am the first person to rent this apartment and I lived here half a year ago, so it is super new!
This studio is located 9 minutes away from S Bahn Prezlauer Berg by bike :) I will provide a bike. The house is new so that you can enjoy an elevator and warm floors. The flat is on the sun side, so it will be full of light also in November. In case if you want to sleep more, I have blackout curtains.
The closets will be empty, so you will have enough space for all your clothes.
The apartment has a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, all types of dishes.
You can enjoy Berlin nights with a projector and a vinyl player.
Unfortunately, since I rent out this apartment for 1 month, I won't be able to provide registration.
