Sublet-Studio Apartment

Hallo,

Ich vermiete mein 1-Zimmer-Studio-Apartment ohne Anmeldung vom 01.11.24 bis 10.01.2025 für 1 Person unter. Die Wohnung ist ca. 21 qm groß und verfügt über ein Einzelbett, eine eigene Küchentheke, ein eigenes Bad mit WC, eine Mikrowelle, einen Kühlschrank und einen großen Schrank. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen Gemeinschaftswaschplatz für Kleidung. Die Kosten für das Waschen sind NICHT in der Miete enthalten, die Sie separat bezahlen müssen (2,30/Wäsche).

Die Miete der Wohnung beträgt 650 Euro/Monat und für die 10 Tage im Januar hätte ich gerne 180 Euro. Ich möchte für den gesamten Zeitraum eine Kaution in Höhe von 650 Euro hinterlegen und würde diese vollständig zurückzahlen, sofern kein Schaden entstanden ist. Ich suche eine Person, die die Wohnung für den gesamten Zeitraum (oder wir vereinbaren auch bis Ende Dezember) mietet und sich um die Wohnung kümmert.

I am SUBLETTING my 1 room Studio Apartment without Anmeldung from 01.11.24 to 10.01.2025 for 1 person. The apartment is about 21 sq. m in size and is equipped with a single bed, private kitchen counter, private bathroom with toilet, a microwave oven, fridge and a large cupboard. There is a community washing area for clothes on the ground floor, the cost of washing is NOT included in the rent, which you would need to pay separately (2.30/wash).

The rent of the apartment is 650 Euros/ Month and for the 10 days of January I would like to have 180 Euros. I would like to have a deposit sum of 650 Euros for the entire period and would pay you back entirely if no damages were caused. I am looking for a person, who could rent the apartment for the entire period (Or we could also agree until the end of December) and take care of the apartment.
