Cozy room in Schoneberg

Cozy light floaded room with a bed upstairs in 3 person WG. Friendly flat mates and super nice land lady.

Central location between Schoneberg and Bergmann Kietz with Gleisdreick park aroud the corner. S and Ubahn station 5 min walk, all the shops and nice cafes in the nearest walk distance. Location is perfect to easily commute to any parts of the city.

Room would be partly walk-through, but not often. There are two walk-through rooms - so the person who lives in separated room will walk through your room just occasionally.

I lived there happily for a year, everything in apartment works perfectly, with landlady always happy to help. Would love to pass for also nice person.

In the room is also a sofa bed, which can be used for visitors. Huge wardrobe with a lot of room for storage.
Mattress, table, shelves to be sold to a new tennant.

Viewing available from now on, moving dates possibly earlier, if needed. The rent is warm (energies, fast internet included).
