Einzimmerwohnung in Gesundbrunnen zur Zwischenmiete

Hallo ihr Lieben,

ich vermiete meine Einzimmerwohnung in Berlin Gesundbrunnen bis zu meinem eigenen Einzug in die Wohnung Ende Mai, da ich aktuell noch in Hamburg lebe und den Mietvertrag schon unterschrieben habe.
Die abgebildeten Möbel bleiben in der Wohnung bis auf die Couch, da der Vormieter diese mitgenommen hat.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden im Viertel Gesundbrunnen und besteht aus einem großen Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer, einer Küche mit Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Bad mit Badewanne. Es sind auch eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine vorhanden.

I am renting out my one-room apartment in Berlin Gesundbrunnen until I move into the apartment myself at the end of May, as I am currently still living in Hamburg and have already signed the lease.
The furniture pictured will remain in the apartment except for the couch, as the previous tenant has taken it with him.

The apartment is very well connected in the Gesundbrunnen district and consists of a large bedroom and living room, a kitchen with seating and a bathroom with bathtub. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine.
