Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Räume sind groß. Großes Bad mit Waschmaschine und Badewanne. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine. Erdgeschoss, im Hinterhaus. Fenster zum Hof. Es ist ruhig und grün (im Sommer). Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße mit wenig Verkehr. S-Bahn Tretpower Park 12 min. zu Fuß. Bus 194 ist 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt. U-Bahn Schlesisches Tor ca.17 min. zu Fuß, U-Bahn Görlitzer Park ca. 20min. Fußweg.
Die Wohnung ist ab 28.1.25 für ca. 2 Monate verfügbar. (evtl. etwas länger)
Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.
Bitte melde dich nur, wenn du ordentlich bist, zuverlässig, respektvoll, verantwortungsvoll und einen guten Sinn für Sauberkeit hast. Du bekommst eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit guten Vibes und vielen Pflanzen. Als Zwischenmieter(in) wünsche ich mir jemanden, der respektvoll damit umgeht, sie schätzt und sauber hält. Bevorzugt eine ruhige Person, die nicht raucht.
In der Wohnung bitte keine Parties und nicht rauchen.
Die Kaution und die Monatsmiete ist in bar bei Vertragsabschluss zu bezahlen.
