Hallo Leute. Ich suche eine liebe Person für meine 1 Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon und Bodenheizung.
Die Wohnung ist neu, sauber und gut lärmisoliert -> Neubau (2021). Die Wohnung ist voll möbeliert und für den Einzug ausgestattet, die "Vorratskammer" ist mit Grundnahrungsmitteln bestückt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 8. Stock (oberste Etage) und ist durch einen Aufzug einfach zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der S+U Bahn-Station Frankfurter Allee und ist damit in ganz Berlin sehr gut angebunden. Zum Alexanderplatz 12 Minuten, nach Neukölln 12 Minuten. In näherer Umgebung befindet sich das Samariterkiez (5 Minuten zu Fuß) oder das Boxhagener Kiez (10 Minuten zu Fuß). Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich ein kleiner Park (letztes Bild) und ein paar Restaurants.
Die Wohnung ist möglicherweise länger als 2 Monate zu haben.
Eine Besichtigung kann kurzfristig persönlich oder per Videochat erfolgen.

I am looking for a lovely person or couple for my
sweet 1 room apartment with balcony and floor heating.
The apartment is new, clean and well noise insulated as it is in a new building (2021). The apartment is fully furnished and equipped for move in, the "pantry" is stocked with basic food items. The apartment is located on the 8th floor and is easily accessible by elevator.
The apartment is located directly at the S+U train station Frankfurter Allee and is therefore very well connected throughout Berlin. To Alexanderplatz 12 minutes, to Neukölln 12 minutes. In the immediate vicinity is the Samariterkiez (5 minutes walk) or the Boxhagener Kiez (10 minutes walk). Just around the corner is a small park (last picture) and some Restaurants.
The flat is mayber available for more then 2 months.
A viewing can take place at short notice in person or via video chat.
