Möblierte 1,5-Zimmer Wohnung zur Untermiete, perfekt für Studenten

Hallo!

Ich biete meine kleine aber feine 1,5-Zimmer Wohnung im Herzen Bernburgs möbliert zur Untermiete an, da ich einige Monate lang ins Ausland gehen werde.
In der Wohnung gibt es ein großes, helles Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, Couchtisch, Esstisch + Stühle und Bücherregale. Das Tageslichtbad ist hell und modern. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht (Elektroherd, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, viel Stauraum) und im "halben" Zimmer, welches ich als Schlafzimmer nutze, steht ein Bett (90cmx200cm) und ein Kleiderschrank. Außerdem geht ein bodenlanges Fenster raus auf die Terrasse und in den Garten, der sich mit den Nachbarn geteilt wird. Auf der Terrasse lässt sich besonders im Sommer sehr schön frühstücken und Kaffee trinken :)

Die Wohnung ist genau während des Sommersemesters frei, weshalb sie sich besonders für Studenten anbietet, die selbst keine Möbel mitbringen wollen oder können. Die angegebenen Kosten schließen alle Nebenkosten sowie auch die Internetnutzung mit ein.

Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, und auch die Fußgängerzone mit dm, Rewe, Aldi, Thalia, mehreren Optikern etc ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Parken lässt sich in den Straßen hier bestens - mache ich auch immer :)
Leider habe ich keine Waschmaschine, aber eine Textilreinigung ist gleich um die Ecke. Platz für eine Maschine gibt es aber, also falls du seine eigene mitbringen möchtest, geht das bestens! Die Uni in Strenzfeld ist dank Bahnhofsnähr super einfach zu erreichen.

Hello!

I am subletting my cute 1.5-room apartment right in the heart of Bernburg for the entirety of the summer semester. Since the apartment is fully furnished, it's the optimal spot for students coming in who can't or don't want to bring their own furniture. The prices given include all costs and bills, even the internet. So if you decide to move in here, you'll be all set up to go from the beginning!

The apartment has one big and bright living room with a couch, a couch table, a large table with four chairs and a few bookshelves. The bathroom has a window and is very modern. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - an electric stove, a fridge with a small freezer and all cooking utensils for your use. The last "half room" I use as a bedroom, so it has a bed (90x200cm) and a closet - plus a glass door that leads out into the terrace and garden. Both is shared with the neighbors, but especially the terrace is great to have breakfast on in summer :)

The main station is only a 5 minute walk, as is the city center with all shops you need. The campus in Strenzfeld is also super simple to get to since the apartment is so close to all public transport. I unfortunately do not have a washing machine, but there is a spot for it, so you could bring your own. Or you do it like I did and go to the laundry mat right around the corner :)
