I am Dhriti Maity, 24 F. I live in New York, but I am originally from India. I am currently working at the University of Bonn as a Chemistry PhD from January 2025. I am fluent in English and currently working on my German skills. :)
I am currently staying in a sublet in the Zentrum area, so I need a place from April, 2025.

I am getting paid by the University of Bonn as a doctorate student, so paying rent on time will not be an issue. I can provide my hosting agreement as a proof of employment and my passport as my identification.

Little about myself as a roommate: I’m a clean, respectful, and easy-to-get-along-with person. I value open communication and make an effort to keep shared spaces tidy and comfortable for everyone. I’m considerate of others’ schedules and appreciate a calm, friendly environment. I also take responsibility for my share of household tasks and am always up for a chat or a quiet night in!
I like cooking new dishes, reading, going on hikes, getting a drink or two, gardening and just chatting with people about random things at times.

Hey!!

Ich bin Dhriti Maity, 24, weiblich. Ich lebe in New York, komme aber ursprünglich aus Indien. Ab Januar 2025 arbeite ich als Chemie-Doktorandin an der Universität Bonn. Ich spreche fließend Englisch und arbeite derzeit an meinen Deutschkenntnissen. :)
Ich wohne derzeit zur Untermiete im Zentrum, brauche also ab April 2025 eine Wohnung.

Ich werde von der Universität Bonn als Doktorand bezahlt, daher ist es kein Problem, die Miete pünktlich zu zahlen. Ich kann meinen Gastvertrag als Beschäftigungsnachweis und meinen Reisepass als Ausweis vorlegen.

Ein bisschen über mich als Mitbewohnerin: Ich bin eine saubere, respektvolle und umgängliche Person. Ich schätze offene Kommunikation und bemühe mich, die Gemeinschaftsräume für alle ordentlich und komfortabel zu halten. Ich nehme Rücksicht auf die Zeitpläne anderer und schätze eine ruhige, freundliche Umgebung. Ich übernehme auch meinen Teil der Haushaltsaufgaben und bin immer für ein Gespräch oder einen ruhigen Abend zu Hause zu haben!
Ich koche gerne neue Gerichte, lese, gehe wandern, trinke ein oder zwei Drinks, arbeite im Garten und plaudere einfach manchmal mit Leuten über alles Mögliche.
